More violence?

"Police are asking for the public’s help in their investigation into the fatal shooting of an Oakland man who was found dead on a sidewalk in Antioch early Saturday morning. Officers responded to a request for a welfare check on a man possibly sleeping on a sidewalk at Grassland and Whitehoof ways around 2:25 a.m. Saturday and found an unresponsive man suffering from a gunshot wound, according to Antioch police Lt. Tom Furhmann."
