Winter crop

Post by Melissa, manager on Tue Nov 26, 2013 4:20 pm

Looking for something to plant that can withstand freezing temperatures? How about spinach? This hardy crop can germinate in 38 degrees and is great for ground cover. This fact alone makes the spinach plant ideal for helping to prevent weeds from popping up and taking root.
